[LOGic] CNTY message

Hello, 

I was playing with LOGic today preparing for the upcoming CQWW CW contest.  After I made several Q's, I ran the "Update Awards Progress Info".  I don't know what changed but my report now shows "Reconcile Rejects".  The last time I used LOGic (last night, 26-Nov) the report did not show any "Reconcile Rejects" and now it shows 43 "Reconcile Rejects".  An example of the message it shows is: 

KP4EX 05/30/1982 PR,PONCE not in the CNTY list 

I have 42 other entries with similar messages. 

How do I reconcile these contacts?  Do I need to update my CNTY file?  If so, where do I get an updated CNTY file?
