[LOGic] IC-7700 w/Logic8

The settings for CI-V or RS232 are exactly the same in Logic. Just 
configure the 7700's serial port for CI-V use (RS–232C Function)... It's 
in the set menu under "other" I believe. It's easy to find. I use 19200 
baud, no parity, 1 stop bit. Don't use autobaud.
