[LOGic] LOGic Error Message

New problem:
   All of a sudden, I'm getting the following error message every time I 
enter a new contact:

PROGRAM ERROR
OLE error code 0x80020006 Unknown Name

I've tried all the usual stuff: turning off call lookup, doing a cleanup. 
Nothing helps. Anybody know what this is or how to get rid of it?
