[LOGic] Prefix problem

   In the past, I haven't had any problems updating the prefix table. Today, 
I finally got around to updating the table for Bosnia-Herzegovina. After 
putting in the E7 with all relevant data and a start date, and after adding 
E7 to the list of valid values table, I exited the program, did a cleanup, 
and re-booted. While E7 is in the prefix and lists tables, it doesnt appear 
in the drop-down on the data entry form or the drop-down on the awards 
progress grid. I've tried several cleanups but it still doesn't seem to 
work. Am I overlooking something obvious?
