Hi John:

Thanks for your note.  Sri for the delay in my response. I didn't see your 
message until now.

When running the report, click DISPLAY PRINT DIALOG.  When you print, 
the print dialog appears.  Change the setting of Portrait/Landscape.

To make this change PERMANENT,

You need to modify the label in question, and change the 
landscape/portrait option.

Go to Reports/Modify Report.  Select the report you are using.  Click the 
PAGE-LAYOUT window to bring ot to the top and make it active.

Click FILE/PAGE SETUP on the menu bar. Click  SAVE PRINTER 
ENVIRONMENT, then PAGE SETUP. Change the Portrait/Landscape 
setting.

You may need to modify other parameters of the report such as the height 
of the detail band.
