[LOGic] Com port locks up still

I'll check on that but I already bounced it off of Joe Subich at microHAM.
He felt like there was something screwy with the way Logic was handling com
ports. But I'll definitely look this over. On the Logic side, I did decrease
the polling interval from the default 2 seconds to 1 second. The AVG
antivirus is now gone off the computer.

So far, so good. The com port still works. <fingers crossed>

Maybe we are chasing red herrings... I believe you are using a Microham 
  interface. Did you check the USB settings under Urouter options... 
there is an option to increase USB response time if you are having 
communications issues.
