[LOGic] Country Update

I had not gotten around to updating the Logic tables to account for St.
Barts, but this morning I made an attempt and need help in figuring out what
is fouled up.  I went to the Logic webs site and ran the tables update
program.  All seemed to go well.  Logic restarted and went through the
awards progress update etc.  I then entered the call of the St.  Bart's
station in the logging box, and it was identified as Juan DeNova for some
reason.  I know there was discussion of the table update a few weeks ago but
I did not pay attention to it beyond knowing the table update was available.
Can anyone suggest what is likely wrong and how to cure it?
