[LOGic] Frequency in Logbook

It is adequate for casual contesting... in fact it's not bad. But its 
slower to enter data than the contest programs... and it can't do the 
complex scoring used in some contests... not that it matters all that 
much since the score is calculated for you when you submit your log.
