Speaking with Dennis a long time back, I got the impression that writing a
band map is a very big deal. I would veryy much like to see the VE3NEA
interface to OminRig if Dennis can't work a bandmap into Logic in the near
future.

I have the Winkeyer USB with buttons but have not attributed any
problems to it but I don't use it a great deal.
I have been using the Winkey USB with Logic 8 with no problems. I also
use
it with N1MM with no problems on recent versions.
The feature I would like mot to see added to Logic would be something
similar to the N1MM bandmap.
Perhaps one way to implement this would be for Dennis to enable us to
choose VE3NEA's Omni-Rig as a radio choice in Logic. Then both Logic
and VE3NEA's BandMaster band map could read rig data and give
instructions to the rig. Maybe this would be less work than creating
a band map de novo. One disadvantage to this approach is that the
spots appearing on the band map would not be color coded for whether
we needed them for an award but that isn't a big deal with me.
Dennis has already collaborated with VE3NEA by writing an interface to
DX Atlas within Logic.
