[LOGic] defining sound card

Hey... Interesting question. Wish I had an answer!
I have the same setup... But I've never used prerecorded voice messages...
But if I do I will have the same problem. I would want spot announcements to
go to the Windows default sound card and voice messages to go to my sound
card dedicated to digital modes.
