[LOGic] defining sound card

I have 2 sound cards in the computer, the onboard one just does sound out
for windows and is hooked up to speakers, the other one is an "interface" 
Sound card which has line input for digital modes input and the line out
Line I want to drive my rig thru the acc jack but don't want to hear it on
the speakers.

I don't know how to set logic to use the second sound card for voice keyer.

I will keep poking around but I didn't see anywhere to set the sound
interface in the setup... maybe in the registry?

Anyone know?
