[LOGic] PREFIX TABLE

Julio, yes I did get some answers, including from Dennis, and would glady 
pass on, but QTH.COM has been rejecting input from me for the past week or 
more.

I'm not sure what's going on. Think I read where the QTH server(s) are 
changing?

Just checked to be sure I'm not sending in HTML...

Please let me know if this makes it to the reflector and I'll try to share 
additional info.
