[LOGic] COM3 problems

Hi

I have my TNC connected to COM3 for RTTY operation. Since last update 
8.0.65 or .66 I have problems with this comm-port

Now I see that after a couple of time, suddenly the TNC port hangs and 
if I try to transmit something, it uses to show an error message saying 
' COM 3 already in use'

Has anybody experience with this trouble?

Of course, I have neither running another soft that may conflict with 
logic nor hardware modification at all.
