[LOGic] More problems in new installation of LOGic 8

This keeps getting stranger all the time. The following is the best I can do
to reconstruct what is happening. My version of LOGic 8 is “8.0.54” and the
computer is running XP Pro.
 
At starting LOGic the first error is:
“Error 1426 “OLE error code 0x80020006 Unknown Name.” has occurred in
program LOGICAPP.MODE_CHANGE, Line 31. After continuing from there,
 
“OLE error code 0x80020006:Unknown name”
 
Continue to:
 
“Error 10 “Syntax error.” Has occurred in program SPOTLOG.LOAD, line 42.”
 
After Attempt to Continue:
 
An Open dialog box comes up looking for files of type Table/DBF. Cancel that
and up come:
 
Error 52 “No Table is open in the current work area” has occurred in program
SPOTLOG.LOAD, Line 43 
Followed by a Line 44 and finally a line 55 with the same error. 
 
After all of this LOGic 8 is finally running until I make a change on either
radio. I have turned the rigs off one at a time and the other rig still
causes the fault. The spot log does seem to be working and I can log QSO’s
with no problem. 
 
What have I missed???
