[LOGic] ADDING 2ND RIG TO RADIO INTERFACE

Thanks for your comments.

The "old" radio, the FT1000MP, has been happily talking to LOGIC for years
and uses a straight-thru cable.

The docs for the "new" radio, the TS2000, make no mention of null modem.
They use words like "standard 9 pin female-female RS2323 cable, so that's
what I've got.

I tried every permutation of RTS, DTR, all, none, and no joy.

Using the RS2323 LED tester, I can see the lights come on or blink, esp when
I send a command (eg RESET) from LOGIC so I know signals are going up & down
the line.

It's as if LOGIC was not decoding the Kenwood date, or vice versa.
