Only one thing puzzles me, in 'Import LoTW QSLs', why have the capability of: "Add QSOs for QSLs NOT found in log"???

If not in my log, I very likely didn't work it. 

I could upload a QSO with a DX station that I didn't work AND if he was using LOGic 8, I could be added to his log and given credit for the contact, should he be so inclined.

Am I missing something?
