[LOGic] Problem installing LOGic 8 Demo

Hi:
When I try to install the LOGic 8 Demo I get this error message:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSVCRT.DLL
An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file
DeleteFile failed; code 5
Access denied
     ABORT  RETRY  IGNORE

I finally chose IGNORE out of desperation and completed the installation.

Now, while LOGic will run, I get a lot of OLE error messages.
I don't know if these errors are due to the MSVCRT.DLL problem or if they
are inherent problems in the Demo (Ver. 8.0.23).

I downloaded another copy of the Demo yesterday and found that it is still
Ver 8.0.23 and has the same problems.

Has anyone else had problems trying to run the DEMO ??? Any suggestions ???
