[LOGic] Loss of serial comms with rig when tx on CW

We have a similar problem with older Icoms if you spin the dial...

Trouble is if Logic fails to communicate it drops the connection...

There are better ways of doing it.

I've used 7 different logging programs here, and Logic is the only one that
has this difficulty.

I think it's time Dennis took a look at his COM error routines... Shutting
down communications on a time out seems not to be the way to go. BTW, I've
had no problems with the newer (faster) Icoms...

As far as I know, Logic does retry before giving up.
