I just added it to the NOVOLAZAREVSKAYA listing in the prefix table...

Hello Rick,
Antarctica DXCC is CE9.
To get R1ANN entered as a valid call for this DXCC you have to edit LOGic's
Prefix table.
Since this is a Russian base, you'll probably have to add an additional CE9
value for "Antarctica (russia)".
Got to Tools > setup > Prefix table. Scroll down to the CE9 entries and
you'll see all the variants for the bases on Antarctica.
For instructions - - go to Help > Search > Prefix table.
