thanks for the info.  lots of detail here for me to digest.  as always, i
appreciate the time you guys take to provide in depth answers!

had a great wind storm here in the pacific nw and that means losing power.
just now got off the generator and back onto the grid.  once things settle
down some, i hope to pore over your emails and get started--hopefully
tomorrow sometime.
