Ken:
This is not hard and is informative. I'm not a good instructor so
this might look more difficult than it really is.
I assume you have maintained your log so that LOTW_RCVD and QSL_RCVD
are marked as "F" when they have been fulfilled. Also you should be
adding DXCCSUB: (or whatever) to the comment field if you have
previously submitted cards.
At the LOGic menu, go to: Reports>AWARDS>AWARDS (Not "Awards multiple
columns").
In the dialog box that opens, select DXCC (Leave "Select Subaward"
alone as "Main.")
Next, leave Band and Mode blank for your basic DXCC. (You do have to
add "Band" and do this over again for each band later when you're
chasing the ARRL-Challenge Award or over again for each mode when you
go after DXCC by Mode.)
Click "Next" twice to get to the dialog box where you enter
"DXCCSUB:" to mark cards that you are going to use for an ARRL DXCC Submission.
Click "Next" to get to the dialog box where you can enter an optional
field. Slide-down three screen-fulls of choices to find "LOTW_RCVD"
and select it.
Click "Next" and click "OK" to leave the selection order as "AWARD VALUE."
Click "Finish" and you will get to the PRINT screen. I usually chose
to print to the Screen to see how my output looks before I waste
paper actually printing the report.
When you close after getting your report described next, you will be
asked if you want your contacts marked with "DXCCSUB:" The report
"knows" to mark those contact that you will be submitting. Click
"No" if you are just looking and plan to actually print out the
report later. Then when you print it, you can click on "Yes."
The resulting report will list the callsigns, time and date and mode
for the DXCC Entities you worked, in entity order. All contacts
worked where you haven't asked for a card will be marked as "w." If
you have asked for a card, it will be marked "R" If you have it
confirmed from a card or LOTW, it will be marked "F." Bnd if you have
already submitted it for DXCC, it will be marked as "s."
Now what you are after is the farthest-right column headed with
LOTW_RCVD. For any contacts with an "F" in that column, you can pick
those to submit regardless if the other column to the left of it
shows "w," "R" or "F."
I did this for a ARRL-Challenge submission, but in my case I wanted
to submit the cards I had since I was mailing cards anyway. That
way, I didn't have to pay additionally for the LOTW submissions if I
had a card.
Once you get the hang of these award reports, or the needed cards
reports, it fun to browse when the bands are dead.
