[LOGic] RE: Setting Up a Report

Maybe I need to  be a little more specific. 
I want to take a report like one for W.A.S. or DXCC, and modifiy the filter
selection, etc, for a different type of award.  In chapter 17 of the manual,
it states that the following is available in the on-line help:

"Write your own data manipulation utilities for use within LOGic."
"Write your own functions for use in the report writer or in contest scoring
or awards tracking".

That's exactly what I need to know, but I can't find anywhere in the help.
