[LOGic] Setting Up a Report

Hi all,
I want to set up a new report based on an existing one.  The help
instructions in LOGic8 say to go to "File" and choose "Set Up Report", but
it isn't on my menu.

Also has anyone written a report for keeping track of the progressive awards
for the 3905 Century Club Nets?
