[LOGic] Duplicate check Issues in CQWW form

I am receiving Dupe warnings from previous years' CQWW contests. Apparently
the date range is not being checked. ( I thought it did in previous years.) 

My date ranges are set up correctly as is the dup checking (default).
Previous years' contests' contacts show their respective dates. I don't
recall ever having to override the dup check warning before. 

Stations I have worked in the contest this year, and that I have worked
before, but not in previous contests,  do not activate the warning. 

Anyone else having this problem???
