[Logic] QSLO Report : QSL Sent but not Received

well I'm glad someone else has that wretched prompt appear on the screen - 
it's a nightmare - you'll find that after an emergency shut down 
(Ctrl-Alt-Del) and a reboot Ver6 rebuilds in about 30 seconds - Ver7 takes 
an absolute age and whatever you do - do not try and perform any other 
activities on your machine whilst Ver7 is rebuilding - that's worse than a 
nightmare!
