[Logic] QSLO Report : QSL Sent but not Received

Probably just incorrectly attempting the report. I find that Logic6 is
pretty sensitive when things are not done correctly and can lock up the
program requiring a reboot. I hate the "cannot quit foxpro" dialog box!!
