[LOGic] Resizing Windows

I'm not sure whats going on but I'm slowly but surely losing the ability 
to resize some of my windows like the progress window, info window and 
now my log window.

Are there any tricks I need to know?  If I place my cursor on the edge 
of the window I normally would get a dual arrow so I can resize, but I 
know longer get the dual arrow on some of the windows.

Any ideas?

I'm running logic 6.0.167
