[Logic] Can't change a User Field length on Log Screen

Despite abundant evidence to the contrary, I really am not a total 
idiot.  I just responded to the list answering the wrong question.  So my 
posting of a few minutes ago was erroneous.

But concerning my problem with QSLMSG below, Dennis pointed out that one 
also has to increase the maximum field size of QSLMSG in "tools/setup/log 
fields".

It worked just fine.
