[LOGic] DXTelnet and LOGic

   Hello All,
   Wanted  to  thank  everyone  for  their help.  I finally got LOGic and
   DXTelnet  to  work.   I don't know what I did but I just kept entering
   the data and then starting up the programs in different orders.  I did
   manage  to  get  LOGic  to  work with all the internal telnet spotting
   applications and they all worked with the map.
