[Logic] need help

Hi Friends:

I am unable to backup my logs in Logic7, it has been working but stopped 
suddenly displaying the error message " Backup Compression Failed!" and 
(C:\DOCUME~1\JOSEM~.CYN\LOCALS~1\TEMP\BAC20.TMP) followed by "Error 
96"Nesting Error has occurred FRMBACKUPRESTORE.BACKUP, line 0"
 I have lost my backups....as they were erased while trying to make a 
backup.

I have uninstalled and re-installed L7, but the error remains.

Can anyone assist
