Hi Bob
My motherboard is a K7 Triton GA-7VT600 VIA KT600 Chipset AMD XP2100
266MHz processor 1.2 gig, pc2100 DDR Ram 266 MHZ, which I am upgrading
to a XP3200+ 400MHZ processor and PC3200 DDR Ram.
I use WinXP Pro, USB ports are onboard MB 2 in front of case and 2 in
rear, the Serial port board is a 2 port No Name the only thing I can
find on the board itself is "made in Taiwan" EC FC KEC222N.
I just got off the phone with my guru. He doesn't remember the company
but says IOgear or possibly IOmagic.
If you have a card installed and have the latest drivers, he suggests
uninstalling the drivers remove the card from the computer restart the
computer let it run for a few minutes and then shutdown and reinstall
the card and drivers.
I hope some of this helps
