[Logic] Off Topic Subject: Windows Messenger

Goto Start then Control Panel then Administrative Tools then Services
(Local) and scroll the list on the right for 'messenger'... double click on
it and the messenger properties box will open.. look for drop down box for
startup and set start up to manual or disabled. I set mine to disabled. No
more messenger service popup messeges.
