[Logic] Logic with Win98

Thanks Ken:

I have a customer running 98 and it will not download IOTA.  I spent an hour on 
NetMeeting and couldn't find a thing.  I just upgraded my laptop to XP so am 100% 
XP/2003 now.

See comments below regarding ths spot log:

I double-checked.  Everything looks good here.

Look in the VALUE column, not the DXCC column.  The DXCC designator in the 
VALUE column will be red ONLY if the country is has not been confirmed at all.  
Otherwise just the needed band and/or mode will be hilighted.  See Help for the 
particulars.

Look at the AWARD column--one spot can generate several spot records.  One for 
DXCC, another for CQZ, ITUZ, Prefix, IOTA, etc.
