[Logic] Logic with Win98

Dennis:

I'm still running Win98se. The IOTA download works fine. Everything is
operating OK with the exception of the spotting. For some strange reason,
the DXCC spotting no longer highlights the prefix for a new country. The
band and mode is highlighted, but not the country. Also, I am usually
getting double listings of each spot. Although a slight annoyance, neither
of these are items that are that bothersome. All of this was fine before the
upgrade to ver 7. (I am now running 7.0.101.
