[Logic] Norton Internet Security Fix

Thanks for all of the help. Everything is good. This is the fix.....


   1. Open NIS.
   2. Click Personal Firewall.
   3. Click Configure.
   4. On the programs tab check "Turn on Automatic Program Control" if
      unchecked.
   5. Click on the first item in the Manual Program Control list.
   6. Press Ctrl+A on your keyboard, this will select all program rules.
   7. Click Remove.
   8. Click Yes to the warning message.
   9. Click OK to close any open windows.
  10. Recreate your program rules by running the program scan, or as the
      alerts pop up.
