[Logic] LOGic 7 / Hamscope & PTT

Works fine here... But I have noticed that when setting up the keying, it's
necessary to close the Keyer window and re-open it for it to work.
I have it set up for PTT and CW on the same port... I use DTR for PTT and
RTS for CW keying... Works FB... It's set up the same as my Writelog.
