[Logic] Web callbook background lookup to test

Hello all:

I have uploaded an update to LOGic 7 that does web callbook lookups in the 
background.   No more waiting while the callbook data downloads!  Just log 
the QSO, and continue to use logic.  Name, QTH, address, etc will pop into 
the log when the web request completes.

Some web sites force the browser form to the top upon download.  Unless the 
site is a commercial site with advertisements, the log form will be returned to 
the top.

The update is at ftp://hosenose.com/logic7update.exe (NOT the official update 
on our web site). The version is .104.
