[Logic] VE Prov with LOGic 7 QUEBEC ONLY PLEASE !!!

Hi All:
I've been working on a way to TRY and solve the "VE Prov" list problems.

We all know that QC has been call PQ and QUE in the past.

What I'm looking for are any ADDITIONAL abbreviations for Quebec that have
been used in the past that might need to be in the list.

PLEASE confine any replies to the "Quebec Issue" ONLY !!!

We all know that there many other issues with "VE PROV" list, but I really don't
to go off in 10 different directions at the same time.

If my technique works for Quebec, then we can tackle another Province. Then another !!

Please post replies to this list only (not me directly, I get enough email now HI).

Sorry, I hope that I don't to appear to be rude, but I just want to keep the scope
narrow so I don't go nuts.

If Quebec works, we can move on.
