[Logic] ARRL Sections & VE Prov with LOGic 7

Now I know it is getting late -- I am answering my own messages.

VO is checked as deleted so everything is OK with this one.

Don't quite know what I am going to do with this but it is fixable. 
Would be nice if we all had it the same way but I guess it don't matter.

I called my daughter and she still lives in SD (poor girl) so I will 
just add this to the list.

Forget this -- the count is right because VO is marked deleted.
