[Logic] ARRL Sections & VE Prov with LOGic 7

I understand about a possibly more accurate list but that dose not answer my
question. Suppose it has changed. Suppose my values in the log are the old
values and I fix the new data to be consistent with these values in my log.
Now let us suppose the data (section list in this case) ahs been changed and
the question is when happens when I log new data using the new values as I
must if I do it automatically with the call book or use values needed in a
contest or other reasons. Is there any way to have BOTH the OLD AND THE NEW
values accepted by the program? I am assuming that there is , that valid
values can be added, but wonder how difficult and time consuming that would
be or can I just EASILY merge the two data bases with no or almost no manual
work?
I see that the real problem that the other person had was a missing data
base, that the data has not changed sot the problem does not yet exist for
these values and so all this is just a what if situation?
