[Logic] ARRL Sections & VE Prov with LOGic 7

The problem is on my version of the Logic 7 Disk was missing the ARRL Sect
Database totally.  There have been no changes in the ARRL section list since
version 6 (to my knowledge)

Hi Gil,

If you feel confident that your ARRL SECT (or any other sub-list of
data) within LOGic 6 is more accurate than what is in the lists of
valid values within LOGic 7, then delete sub-list of data within LOGic
7 and import the same from LOGic 6.  Hope this makes sense...
