[Logic] Canadian Sect. and Mult. Confusion

I don't understand all of the "head scratchin" over this issue.
Why be concerned what the various contest sponsers have for
multipliers and whether it conforms to the postal codes or LOGic?
Just edit your List of Valid Values in LOGic to conform to the current
Postal Code. If there is imported data from a contest program
that does not match, just edit it manually. It might take all
of sixty seconds to do. After all, how many Nunavut stations are
there in a typical contest?
A bigger issue along these similar lines are the very outdated
JCC, JCG, DXCC, Russian oblast, etc entries in the prefix table
and list of valid values.
But that's another story.
