[Logic] ADIF Import problem

I have been importing contacts from another logging program that I also use
(for a specialized net) into Logic, which is my main logbook. I have
noticed that when I import an ADIF file, if the RS(T) report does not start
with "5", then it is not imported (either sent or received).

The data is properly exported from the other program. Is there a "switch"
or setting in Logic which would cause this? I can't find anything that I
may have configured to say "ignore any report less than R=5". Since I try
to give an "honest" report (except in contests, of course - where all sins
are allowed), this causes me to have to do a fair amount of manual updating
everytime I import a group of contacts.
