[Logic] Added "My RS(T) was..." to QSL Labels.

I have a modified file for the QSL Labels 3 across.rpt that includes The =
line; "My RS(T) was" and then the report. AB4RL is to be credited with =
the modification. It is handy particularly for the 3905 Century Club =
Net. Anyone who would like a copy of the file can e-mail me and I will =
