Hi Brad,

It's all very confusing (to me at least...).  Basically the logform
can only display the set of values entered into list of valid values.
If you want NWT to display on the logform, you have to have an entry
for it on the list of valid values somewhere - but then that messes up
the count of the real number of Canadian provinces.  I wish the
RAC/ARRL would just stick with one or the other: NT or NWT for all
contests and awards programs.  Let me know if you come up with a good
solution.
