[Logic] Spot log update

Just a thought for an improvement to the Spot form...

I like the "Quick filter" by continent...

It would be even better if we could save a few filters we define
ourselves...

2 or 3 filter buttons that store filters would be terrific.

If you are interested in why more than one... I would use a more restrictive
filter while dxing low-band for example...
