[Logic] Spot log update

Hi Everyone:

Hope ya'll had a good Tnxgiving.

I have changed the way that the spot log handles deleting old spots.

Previously, you set a max size for the spot log. When the spot log fills up, it 
deletes oldest record.  We have had complaints of it deleting the wrong 
record.  The record it deletes may not be the bottom record in the spot log if 
you have the order set to CALL.  So it may look like it is deleting the wrong 
one.  I have never seen it fail.  

But whether it is user misunderstanding, a bug, or a bad index, I fixed it.

I changed the spot log so it will NEVER overwrite a record. For spot log size 
control, it instead deletes spots over so many days old. Look at the new 
settings in OPTIONS.

The old way was great in 1989 when disk space was an issue. But the new 
way is simpler for me to program, and easier for customers to understand.
