[Logic] LOGic 7: Why do SMIRK members show "Deleted"?

Hi Bill:
After the discussion on DELETED, I downloaded the SMIRK List myself and found
exactly the same thing you did, every entry is marked DELETED.

Also I found that my SMIRK# (6566) was not downloaded. It quit at 6289 then jumped
to 7388 !!!

Every time I tried to import the SMIRK List I picked up 100 to 200 new entries, but
still never got to 6566 even though it ended saying that the list was updated 4/20/04.
