[Logic] Update install error

Hey gang:

I just downloaded and installed the latest (6.0.165) maintenance update.  I
deleted the data\web_callbooks.dbf before I installed the update.

When I start Lovic I get the following error:

Error 1426 "Ole Error Code 0x80040154: Class Not Registered" has occured in
program Init_Setup, Line 254.  Attempt to continue?

On program load, an explorer window pops wanting me to point out the ocx.

Anyone have any clues, or should I just blow away logic and reload?
