[Logic] Incorrect licence class returned from RAC (Canadian) Website

I was hoping you had fixed this in the latest release.

As presented by RAC Web site... Note  cumulative Exam Elements Passed:

     1. Callsign:        VE2DC
        Name:            Melvyn John Francis Martin
        Address:         897 HAUTE RIVIERE
                         STE-MARTINE, QC  J0S 1V0
        Qualifications:  BASIC  MORSE CODE  ADVANCED


As returned by your RAC method:

VE2DC             BASIC

Melvyn John Francis Martin
897 HAUTE RIVIERE
STE-MARTINE, QC  J0S 1V0 CANADA


Either don't return the licence class, or do it correctly.

I don't think the boys in the USA with an Extra Class would appreciate
having their licence class
displayed as novice or General. Please show Canadians the same courtesy.
